Underlying principles: spiritual Renewals, sustainability, Living Consciously with Nature, Interfaith Cooperation and Understanding

~ Meditation Gardens: Create and maintain botanical gardens and trails through more of the majestic areas of the property. Facilitate gatherings of people of all ages with different spiritual practice to share ideas and perspectives, learn about nature and environmental respect through small seminars and camp-outs. Provide opportunities for people to learn about their own relationship within the whole of nature.

~ Art Facilities and Programs for Local and Visiting Artists: Facilities, including an art studio with various mediums represented, as well as a gallery, will be provided. Programs facilitating individuals as well as cooperatively created art for private and public use are executed.

~ Permaculture Gardens and Greenhouses: Working sustainable gardens are installed and maintained which provide for propagation of native threatened species, as well as for growing fruits, vegetables and landscaping plants to be sold or given to the local community. These gardens will also provide the opportunity for individuals to experience and to understand the philosophy of permaculture and to learn about the importance of sustainability, local desert ecology as well as the importance of diversity in all plant’s eco-systems. It will also serve as a living model for living with, as opposed to against, nature.

~ Animal Husbandry: Facilities for local species, as well as other live animals will be provided. Practical applications of animal husbandry, training people with animals, and animals to relate with people will be emphasized. Raising and propagating local local animal species in cooperation with other local programs is also part of this program.

~ Outdoor Amphitheater: For the performing arts, presentation and education. Provide space for various spiritual groups to perform programs and observances.

~ Social integration assistance: A place is available for individuals homeless, disadvantaged or stressed. Housing and work will be provided for those individuals who show a need for and an interest in learning social skills necessary for living in a community so that they might carry on in the community at large as better contributors. The community should also be a place where various social structures as explored with an emphasis on behavioral freedoms, limitations, routines and structures. Also included will be the planning and building of experimental living structures, single and multiple.
